So if you haven’t seen the #pushup4polio yet, you better check it out. Singha Corporation is donating 10 baht for every push up captured on film and uploaded to FB or Instagram with the #pushup4polio to fund polio treatment and research before the end of day 24th April 2016.

My husband and I gave it a go, and managed to push do 160 push ups between us. We uploaded the videos to the sophos migration facebook page… www.facebook.com/sophosmigration give it a look!

Interestingly out of all the thousands of videos my video of me doing 79 push ups got the attention of the managing director of Singha Corporation himself, Todd Piti 🙂
